Pete Cooper e40be1d9e0 Deleting demos from jquery-mobile 1.3.2 ...

See https://github.com/cdnjs/cdnjs/issues/2578 for background - this
unifies the jquery-mobile library of just having JS, CSS and sprite
images. Registering as a pure-delete commit so it can be easily undone
by a moderator should this be a problem.
