Removes [minimatch](https://github.com/isaacs/minimatch). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [microsoft-cognitiveservices-speech-sdk](https://github.com/Microsoft/cognitive-services-speech-sdk-js). These dependencies need to be updated together.
