Dmitriy Zaporozhets 5999fec7a3 Merge branch 'rs-form_errors' into 'master' 
Standardize the way we check for and display form errors

- Some views had a "Close" button. We've removed this, because we don't
  want users accidentally hiding the validation errors and not knowing
  what needs to be fixed.
- Some views used `li`, some used `p`, some used `span`. We've
  standardized on `li`.
- Some views only showed the first error. We've standardized on showing
  all of them.
- Some views added an `#error_explanation` div, which we've made
  standard.

The tooltip can get quite big, but it’s so useful to inform people about what these labels mean

Robert Speicher c4b35a6230 Merge branch 'fix-commit-status-rendering' into 'master'

The only major difference with the EE version is the change from a light and dark logo to only a header logo
The dark logo wasn't used anyway, so it seemed to make sense to me to rename the field to the actual function of it

Kamil Trzcinski 055afab5c7 Make the CI permission model simpler 
This MR simplifies CI permission model:
- read_build: allows to read a list of builds, artifacts and trace
- update_build: allows to cancel and retry builds
- create_build: allows to create builds from gitlab-ci.yml (not yet implemented)
- admin_build: allows to manage triggers, runners and variables
- read_commit_status: allows to read a list of commit statuses (including the overall of builds)
- create_commit_status: allows to create a new commit status using API

Remove all extra methods to manage permission.
Made all controllers to use explicitly the new permissions.
