Jacob Vosmaer 3f6c64c81a Revert "Since the git clone code is more efficient now we do not need this warning anymore." 
This reverts commit a757c4a24f.

While it is true that Grack memory use while sending data to a client
was improved, this does not change the fact that the Git processes
running on a GitLab server will use more memory for large repositories.

Edwin Amsler edc550b65b Postgres Client Needed for Ubuntu 13.04 
It looks like the postgresql-9.1 package didn't include the actual client. Needed to install it separately to get this to work.

Updated the version of Git used in the section for compiling Git from source.

Also, changed the verbiage used in the section "Initialize Database and Activate Advanced Features". It previously said to type 'yes' to install the database.

The company is called Red Hat, and its flagship product is Red Hat Enterprise Linux (commonly abbreviated as RHEL). There is no such thing as RedHat (and never was).
