Award Emoji

This it first iteration of award emoji feature.
We have plan to extend emoji picker by the next release.

For now, you can add award by clicking to the emoji picker or posting a regular comment with emoji like "👍" and any other. You can post not only emoji that listed in the emoji picker.

Yorick Peterse b7abba0ca0 Revamp trending projects query 
This changes the query to use a COUNT nested in an INNER JOIN, instead
of a COUNT plus a GROUP BY. There are two reasons for this:

1. Using a COUNT in an INNER JOIN can be quite a bit faster.
2. The use of a GROUP BY means that method calls such as "any?"
   (and everything else that calls "count") operate on a Hash that
   counts the amount of notes on a per project basis, instead of just
   counting the total amount of projects.

The query has been moved into Project.trending as its logic is simple
enough. As a result of this testing the TrendingProjectsFinder class
simply involves testing if the right methods are called, removing the
need for setting up database records.

Dmitriy Zaporozhets a5d23ae3c8 Fix MR commenting system when new commits pushed 
This conmmit fixes wierd behaviour when you see wrong comments about new
commits in merge requests.

Short explanation of a bug:
When you push new commits to project we updated `project.merge_requests`
with comment about push. But `project.merge_requests` includes also
merge requests from forks to origin project. So when you push to master
branch it commented on all merge requests from forks to origin where
source_branch was `master`
