Dmitriy Zaporozhets 465f186954 Show assigned issues/mr be default on dashboard 
This was default before but now it fixed with providing assignee_id
parameter making url shareble and dont reset when other filters users.

Also this commit removes old methods that are not used any more.

replaced the old preview/edit toggle button.

Create a new shared module for common issue/merge request behavior,
use `expect` syntax instead of `should`, and avoid `visible: false` in
the `have_css` matcher.
