- 3-layer architecture: raw (monthly buckets) → wiki (domain subdirs) → SCHEMA
- Privacy: repo set to private (public-safe content only)
- Sync: daily Links App sync via raw/links/YYYY-MM/
- Design: converged via Grok 4.5 2-round review
