* initial plugin files that support hystrix command. * Add HystrixCommand asynchronous call IT test. Intercep HystixCommand.queue instead of execute for cover acynchronous call. * remove useless code: HystrixCommandConstructorInterceptor is not needed, also scope is not needed too. * support hystrix-core 1.4.20 and 1.5.2, some log should be removed. * Add hystrix.subclass annotation to show the real hystrix command class name in transaction info. * add integration test for hystrix plugin * add support for hystric-core 1.5.3
