John Regan eb48e95b94 A whole mess of changes (see detail lines) 
* Add other s6 packages
  * s6-linux-utils
  * s6-dns
  * s6-networking
* Split compiled .tar.gz files into separate packages
  * ${package}-bin for runtime items
  * ${package}-dev for buildtime items
* Add build-wrapper
  * Wraps build-latest to output to a log file
* Download+compile linux-headers
  * Based off of Alpine's APKBUILD for linux-headers
  * Needed for s6-linux-utils
