Mr.doob 81d338e915 ColladaLoader fixes. 
* Fixed `ColladaLoader` and `Loader` url base extraction code.
* `ColladaLoader` now ignores non-joint nodes when constructing the skeleton. (Hopefuly, in a  year time, I'll find this fix stupid)
