* kube-prometheus exporters for controller-manager, core-dns and kube-scheduler

* additional spaces removed

* fix: changed labels and selectors

* service flag control added

* chart version bump

* core-dns jobLabel corrected

* endpoints labels corrected

* core-dns namespace and service selector corrected
