Removes [bn.js](https://github.com/indutny/bn.js). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [microsoft-cognitiveservices-speech-sdk](https://github.com/Microsoft/cognitive-services-speech-sdk-js). These dependencies need to be updated together.

Updates `microsoft-cognitiveservices-speech-sdk` from 1.26.0 to 1.48.0
