Ali Abbas c1ec392bdd - Double quoting to avoid globbing 
- Remove unecessary $(cat)
- switch * to ./* to avoid entries with dashes to be treated as options
- replace $* with "$@"
- repeating change path serial calls - unecessary if change path is called one (get script)

Ali Abbas 175625a166 * $GVM_ROOT is the variable content, not the variable itself - better display GVM_ROOT to the user than $GVM_ROOT 
* When executing $GVM_ROOT/scripts/$command - args need to be quoted otherwise they are treated as $*, which will break on spaces

Andrei Serdeliuc 1e9bca22a8 add output option to pkgenv 
Using `pkgenv -o` or `pkgenv --output` will now cat the file instead of editing it.

Without this, I get this error when gvm is being loaded:
